Since I have received neither a password reset message, any useful help, or even acknowledgement of my messages, I am sending the text below at regular intervals. For now, twice per day, soon to increase to once an hour, etc. until you are forced to reply. It bothers me to resort to this, but you have left me with no choice. Hello, I know that you probably have to slog through thousands of these, but I have been frustrated for the last few days, after creating my FB account, connecting to friends, creating photo albums, etc. For some reason, I cannot log in. I have tried to reset my password, but no message arrives. I have checked the logs on my mail server, and there have been no connections from you, other than the original confirmation message, two messages from the "Facebook Team" related to my submitting the "Login Problems" form, and 35 notifications caused by my friends accepting my requests, writing on my wall, and commenting on photos. I have also checked the spam bucket and the spam filter logs. This situation is extremely frustrating. I received a message from your help team saying that they cannot find an account with my address, but the notifications would seem to indicate that is not true.
